Inside the CSR dashboard we see all the upcoming notifications

The list of notifications is:
-Undelivered Email
-Past Due Follow Up
-RPH Follow Up
-Invoice Follow Up
-PARC Follow Up
-Task Follow Up
-Event Follow Up
-RPH Assigned
-Survey Completed
-Opportunity Follow Up

For all the notifications we have different things that can be done, showing under the 'Options' bar.

The first thing to do anyitime you are going to start workng on a task, is to lock it using the lock button (insert icon image).
By doing this, we are assigning the task under our name, so each task has only one person dealing with it to avoid any mix-ups.
All the options will disappear for any other user watching the dashborad on his end and the description 'LOCKED' will show in red letters.

The second icon (insert icon image) lets you log in a new call to the task.

The third icon (insert icon image) lets you send a new email. Inside you can select the email template that you want to use.

The fourth icon (insert icon image) lets you create a new event.

The fifth icon (insert icon image) lets you create a new task.

The sixth icon (insert icon image) lets you add a note inside the the site.

The seventh icon (insert icon image) lets you view the events and activities inside the current task, which are: Events &activities, Emails, Calls, Notes, Contacts, Reported Potholes, External Proposals, Jobs, Documents.

Then we have the 'Actions' bar. Each specific task has its own actions.

For Inbound Emails, we can reply or dismiss the email.

For External Proposals we have the option to open said proposal.

For Survey Completed we can open the opportunity, send proposal, or open the proposal wizard.

Beneath that we have the Action button (insert icon image), which has three different options to select:(insert icon image) Open opportunity, Send proposal, Proposal Wizard.
Inside the Proposal Creation Wizard, we have the required steps for sending out the proposal to the client. 1-Quote Validation, 2-Map Location, 3-Preview & Upload Proposal, 4-Send Porposal, 5-Finish. (insert Proposal Wizard image)
After going through these steps, we automatically get a 'Create New Task Follow Up' which wil set the dates for the next follow up. (insert image)
