Operations Mission Statement

The Pothole Repair.com Operations department is central to the overall success of our team because it's members interact directly with clients and ALL internal teams. We are the communications hub and must be committed to delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers at all times.

Our team recognizes that the success of our business depends on the quality of the services we provide. We strive to ensure our field personnel have the best possible information and resources needed to exceed our clients' expectations. By optimizing our operations processes, we aim to provide our clients with the highest level of service and support while streamlining our internal operations to make our company more efficient and our teammates difficult jobs a bit easier. Furthermore, we are dedicated to supporting our field staff through intelligent scheduling and routing, logistics support, problem solving assistance and respectful recognition of the challenges faced by every member of our team. By supporting our entire team, we strengthen our greatest assets thus ensuring delivery of high-quality services to our clients and greater success to all.
