PHR Inventory Calculation Sheets
Each month, using the sheets that the Branch Manager sends them, the Operations Team will update and validate the Monthly inventory checks, using the PHR Inventory Calculation Sheets. There are three Google Sheets (one for each yard):
- PHR NJ Inventory Calculation Sheet
- PHR MD Inventory Calculation Sheet
- PHR FL Inventory Calculation Sheet
Each workbook will have two sheets:
- All Inventory: Operations will use this sheet to track all inventory items at the specific yard and order replenishments when current inventory is running low. The column "Current Inventory Count" auto-populates to reflect existing inventory at any given time.
- In and Out Sheet: In this sheet, Operations will update the date, type (ordered in or consumed out), PHR item code and quantity.
Using the inventory sheets sent by the Branch Manager, Operations will fill in pertinent details, and use "consumed out" to track consumption, making sure the quantities are negative numbers.
After placing orders to replenish inventory, Operations will fill in pertinent details, and use "ordered in", making sure the quantities added are positive numbers.
