Employees PHR Inventory Mastersheet

The Employees PHR Inventory Mastersheet contains a list of sheets- truck, surveyor, yard and warehouse. During monthly inventory checks, each sheet is to be printed out and handed over to the respective employee as follows:

  • Truck: to be filled out by each technician for their truck
  • Surveyor: to be filled out by each surveyor for their vehicle
  • Yard Inventory NJ: to be filled out by the Branch Manager for the NJ yard alone
  • Yard Inventory MD: to be filled out by the Branch Manager for the MD yard alone
  • Yard Inventory FL: to be filled out by the Branch Manager for the FL yard alone
  • Master Warehouse: to be filled out by the HQ Employee

Each employee will fill in their name and details on the printed form, complete an inventory of their vehicle/ space while noting the amount of remaining inventory on hand under "Current Inventory". They will then hand in the completed form to their Branch Manager and ensure that they replenish or replace the required inventory on their vehicle enough for the upcoming period ahead.

Branch manager will collect all sheets (trucks, surveyors and yard) and email them to the Operations team at the end of every month.
